Notice to General Public Disposal of Landed Property and Other Physical Assets of Heritage Bank (IN-LIQ)
The Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation wishes to draw the attention of all interested bidders and the general public to its earlier advertisement published in the BusinessDay, Leadership, Daily Sun, ThisDay Newspapers of November 11, 2024 in response to the critical information requested byinterested bidders as follows.
All Bank draft should be issued in favor of Heritage Bank (In-Liquidation);
All Bids should be submitted to the designated NDIC office located and mentioned within the Six Geo-Political Zones where the branch/es interested as listed below and stated in the last advertisement;
All Bids with the 10% Bid Security in Bank Draft, should be sealed and submitted on or before the dates stated below at:
3.1) Lagos Office for South-West Zone on 4th December, 2024 before 11a.m;
3.2) Bauchi Zonal Office for North-East Zone on 10th December, 2024 before 11a.m;
3.3) Enugu Zonal Office for South-East Zone on 10th December, 2024 before 11a.m;
3.4) Kano Zonal Office for North-West on 12th December, 2024 before 11a.m;
3.5) Port Harcourt Zonal Office for South-South on 12th December, 2024 before 11a.m; and
3.6) NDIC Head Office for North-Central on 17th December, 2024 before 11a.m.
The opening of the Auction Bids on the dates stated above at various locations shall be at 11:00 am immediately after the deadline time for the submission of sealed bids;
5) All other conditions of the Tender as earlier published remain the same and valid;
